Flippin’ Sides: Lawyer Bob Kruckemeyer Fired Up Defending Foreclosure of Savan Villas Apartments

Bob’s the wingman on emergency call for Houston Grand Opera Board Member and Harvard trained Real Estate Investor Allyson Pritchett.

In reviewing Pritchett’s second email, where she inquires about “the cost and steps for removal” of an article, we are puzzled by the shift in her request. The first email only sought removal of “images” from a post about herself and her property.

LIT has not found any reputable news outlet that will remove articles for monetary payment, as that would constitute bribery or extortion, akin to the “hush money” trials often reported.

Our blogs have a clear record of disavowing such practices.

For example;

Criminal attorney Oliver Jason Brown, Harris County, Texas

Unlicensed Debt Collector Gordon Engle, North Carolina and Texas

“A Message for Felon Francis Santa“, LawsinFlorida.com

This is just a small selection of our stance. The key takeaway is that we do not condone or engage in bribery, regardless of how it is presented.

Re: Courtesy Request to Remove Content Causing Distress Greetings:

I have been retained on behalf of Ms. Allyson Pritchett to address her concerns regarding the financial, personal and reputational damages caused by your article, dated November 4, 2023, entitled Flippin’ Sides: Lawyer Bob Kurckemeyer Fired Up Defending Foreclosure of Savan Villas Apartments, subtitled Bob’s the wingman on emergency call for Houston Grand Opera Board Member and Harvard trained Real Estate Investor Allyson Pritchett, which article is located on your website at the following link:

https://lawsintexas.com/bandit-lawyer-bob-kruckemeyer-heads-to-galveston-to-defend-ed-allyson- pritchett/#1722470324436-0dcfad3f-1949

The above link contains misleading and damaging information, and we are requesting that you remove the link.

As for the reasons, the article discusses a business litigation matter concerning Ms. Pritchett.

The article also includes the private information of Ms. Pritchett, including among other things, her photograph, photographs of her home, her home address, as well as information about board positions she has and her educational background.

Ms. Pritchett has a family that includes an infant (eight-month-old) son, and Ms. Pritchett fears persons may come to her home by finding this information online.

Also, the article includes references to litigation involving foreclosure as well as images regarding bankruptcy.

However, the company will exit Chapter 11 in a couple of weeks, and the litigation was settled.

Also, as a result of the settlement, the litigation was dismissed.

According to the principle that settlements are generally confidential, and despite the dismissal of the case, the information on your site remains online, causing tremendous damage to Ms. Pritchett’s reputation, and she is suffering and has suffered damages as a result of the link.

Namely, when third persons Google search Ms. Pritchett’s name your link appears near the top of the search results and is consistently causing readers to pre-judge her.

The link has impacted Ms. Pritchett’s ability to obtain loans or lines of credit because lenders do not wish to lend based on the content of the article.

Indeed, Ms. Pritchett has submitted 18 different applications across different lending platforms, but each has been declined showing this link was discovered by the lenders.

Additionally, as stated above, the link causes a serious safety risk for Ms. Pritchett by means of the link including her personal information.

Finally, the link improperly includes Ms. Pritchett’s copyrighted photographs without her or the copyright owners’ consent.

Therefore, based on the above, we respectfully request you remove the link.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss it further.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Regards,

Christie Gaumer

LIT Notes and Commentary:

Attorney Licensed in California: State Bar of California

Attorney Licensed in Texas: State Bar of Texas

Christie Lee Gaumer, Los Angeles / Studio City; and where Los Angeles Superior Court so happens to be the same location of in forma pauperis Andrew Peter Lehman’s frivolous and vexatious lawsuit.

At first glance, there appear to be further troubling coincidences.

First, consider the naming convention of the PDF letter sent by Gaumer: “Letter 9 13 2024 to law in texas [sic] as re Allyson Pritchett.” Notably, the only other instance of the term “Law In Texas” being used incorrectly is by Bob Kruckemeyer in a previous litigation involving LIT.

Second, initial research into Christie Lee Gaumer (62) reveals that she has a long history of involvement in federal cases where the SEC is a party.

For instance:

In Securities & Exchange Commission v. Calif Autocare Corp (5:02-cv-01229) in the District Court, C.D. California, Gaumer is listed in the docket entry related to an appeal by defendant James E. Gasper. This case includes a notice of appeal filed on 11/25/02, with Gaumer’s name appearing among other parties.

In Mueller v. San Diego Entertainment Partners, LLC (3:16-cv-02997) in the District Court, S.D. California, the case involves securities and commodities under the Securities Exchange Act.

Given her extensive experience with federal securities cases, Christie Lee Gaumer would likely be well-versed in bribery and extortion laws. This raises a question: Was Gaumer privy to the two emails that Pritchett sent directly to LIT before being formally retained?
